What is Shopify Scale?
A private e-commerce mentorship and community for building Shopify stores, making ad creatives, running TikTok and Meta traffic, and learning how to test and scale. The paid program is called the Masterclass.
What's included in membership?
Private Discord access, the Shopify / TikTok Ads / Meta Ads curriculum, creative and testing material, resources, templates and call recordings, private mentorship through chat and tickets, and LeadHarbour access. Calls happen when appropriate or arranged.
Is this good for beginners?
Yes. The curriculum covers the foundations as well as testing and scaling. The main requirement is that you actually implement what you learn and are willing to test.
Can I ask questions before buying?
Yes, that's the point of the free Discord. Join discord.gg/scaling, look around, and open a ticket to ask whether the program fits before you pay.
How does the mentorship work?
Ask in the mentorship channels, open a private ticket for anything store-specific, and ask about a call when something needs a closer look. We don't promise unlimited or on-demand calls.
Does it cover both TikTok and Meta?
Yes. Shopify is the store side; a large part of the program is paid traffic and creative testing across TikTok and Meta, which carries over between platforms.
What is LeadHarbour and VersaLyze?
LeadHarbour is our tool that finds people across the web asking for products like yours, it's included with membership. VersaLyze is our TikTok Ads API automation platform; it can be purchased separately, and qualifying members may unlock access under current requirements. Ask us in a ticket for current eligibility.
Lifetime or monthly, which should I pick?
The $800 lifetime payment is the stronger long-term value: it pays for itself in a few months compared with monthly, and you keep access for good. The $299/month plan is the lower-commitment way to start. Both give the same access.
What happens if I stop paying monthly?
Monthly access is billed through Whop. Access continues while the plan is active; whether and when access ends after a monthly plan lapses is governed by your billing status and the settings in Whop.
Does it guarantee sales or profit?
No. E-commerce and paid advertising involve real financial risk. Results vary based on product, budget, creative quality, market, skill and execution.
What's the refund policy?
Purchases are generally final, with limited exceptions (duplicate or incorrect billing, a material failure on our end to provide access, or anything required by law). See the Refund Policy.

It's run by Duper and Ray, and operated by VersaLyze LLC (Austin, Texas).
